Traditional Stracciatella

This gelato of all gelatos, the Stracciatella is a mound of whispy sweet cream hand mixed with liquid dark chocolate. The coolness of the gelato turns the warm, sweet dark chocolate into strands and chunks throughout called Stracciatella or “little rags.” Be on the lookout for other flavored Stracciatella.
